Current Employee3.3Apr 17, 2024Great company that has faced its challenges like many other software companies.
Current Employee4.3Apr 17, 2024This place is solid. Most managers don't micro-manage. The comp is pretty competitive, and we have good leadership. I think the biggest gap is in Product. We made big moves in the past in product, but now it feels like our product enhancements are minimal/only geared towards AI.

Current Employee2.7Jul 8, 2024Lucid like other companies has seen a significant slowdown in demand for customer growth to buy more seats. Because of a limited product line, there's not much else to sell. New products are coming, but the environment is "wait and see" for now. Great people, leadership needs to 10x transparency.

Current Employee2.7Apr 4, 2024Great org for the most part, very family oriented so if you want a work life balance they are good at providing it, however hay days are gone and may not come back anytime soon. ONly time will tell if the visual collaboration market is here to stay for the longterm.
