Lucid like other companies has seen a significant slowdown in demand for customer growth to buy more seats. Because of a limited product line, there's not much else to sell. New products are coming, but the environment is "wait and see" for now. Great people, leadership needs to 10x transparency.

Lucid is not getting much better. The carrot on a stick of a potential exit is constantly there and pressure is ever strengthening. Every end of month feels like end of quarter and every end of quarter feels like end of year. Upper leadership cant figure out how best to motivate, so they instill fear and constant pressure.

Below average comp structure. In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors.
