Below average comp structure. In 2024 reps struggled to hit quota, but management tried to make that better via various incentives. 2 major competitors in market, company needs to be more aggressive in displacing competitors. If you can exceed OTE it can be lucrative, but I haven’t seen many reps do much more than 150% (anything more is an exception). Great culture, the team will help each other anywhere they can. Work here for culture and support, don’t expect lucrative outcomes.

Classic overhiring scenario. Nobody hits their number, and instead of layoffs they just fire reps “with cause” cause they didn’t hit their number.
