Used to be a great company. Once acquired by Bridgestone they lost their small company culture and are trying to be a large corporation but they still preach the same small company “family” values which is toxic. They have also never paid well and this has become worse under Bridgestone as well. I was always paid in the bottom 20% for the average in my role.

The sale seemed like a pipe dream. Selling telematics to companies that are already in massive contracts staggering with different companies makes it near impossible to find the decision maker and sway them to try your solution.
