Former Employee Used to be a great company. Once acquired by Bridgestone they lost their small company culture and are trying to be a large corporation but they still preach the same small company “family” values which is toxic. They have also never paid well and this has become worse under Bridgestone as well. I was always paid in the bottom 20% for the average in my role.
