Generally a good place to work with good people who care. People are nice and leadership wants to succeed and treat reps well. I wish the company was growing and getting to new markets. Hasn’t successfully launched a new product since the original one 14 years ago. As far as my low rating on promoting within, because of low growth the openings are very limited and don’t come up often. When they do, the hottest hand and friends of the hiring manager are promoted. Consistency is not rewarded. As for my low rating on inbound lead flow, the issue is with distribution. Leads are not routed to the right segment the first time, then they are taken from the rep if it’s found out it was sent to the wrong segment. Not matter what stage of deal, even if it’s closed. And the fact that it was routed wrong when it should have been caught is not considered. If a rep were to call out that it was routed wrong and get the issue fixed, they would just lose their spot on the routing. Wasting time and demoralizing reps.
