Under market base/OTE salaries in EMEA, progression potential overall relatively poor salary wise too. Though, great product and fun team to work with. Transparent leadership and enough incentives. Perfect for more Junior AE/AM positions to progress career, not so much to become a Senior if you have 5+ experience. AOV in Enterprise far under market rate too.

Overall it is positive but they're struggling given the economic conditions. While it's a fantastic product, it's not sales led motion. Definitely PLG motion and organic growth.
