Good people and leaders that care. But tough sales environment. Not many people hitting quota. People stay for the people and protection for an exit.

Horrible experience. Lucid has really gone downhill in the almost 3 years I have worked here. Leadership now not only doesn't care about revenue, but you're almost solely judged on the amount of meetings you have. Not hitting quota but hitting meetings? You will get a shoutout. Exceeding quota but not hitting meetings? You get called out and threatened. All the best...Read More
