Good experience overall, the product is nice, compensation is ok, work life balance is nice. The big paint points are processes and management.

Lucid like other companies has seen a significant slowdown in demand for customer growth to buy more seats. Because of a limited product line, there's not much else to sell. New products are coming, but the environment is "wait and see" for now. Great people, leadership needs to 10x transparency.

Lucid has one of the best sales cultures I’ve been apart of. They value relationships and collaboration over everything else. Unfortunately, this is often sacrificing the focus on performance and sales ability.
