Horrible experience. Lucid has really gone downhill in the almost 3 years I have worked here. Leadership now not only doesn't care about revenue, but you're almost solely judged on the amount of meetings you have. Not hitting quota but hitting meetings? You will get a shoutout. Exceeding quota but not hitting meetings? You get called out and threatened. All the best people have already left and the rest are soon to follow.

Don't come here. Lucid was an amazing company with a perfect market fit during the pandemic but like so many other tech companies, they thought 50% YOY growth was sustainable long term.
