Don't come here. Lucid was an amazing company with a perfect market fit during the pandemic but like so many other tech companies, they thought 50% YOY growth was sustainable long term. Now there are virtually zero reps in the entire company hitting quota, the leadership isn't transparent about anything and no one is making any money. Their solution to this has been micro manage and RTO without actually dealing with the problems that everyone can openly see. The product itself is a nice to have, not a need to have. When I joined in 2020 there was talks about going public. Now there are rumors about being bought but leadership dangles that carrot every quarter and it is causing extreme burnout from everyone who just wants the exit they were working towards. The highlight of the company is the people, not the culture. They will try to sell you on culture, but it's more false advertising by leadership attempting to lure it's next victim to the company. There are so many other great companies out there and I would highly recommend folks look elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Lucid has really gone downhill in the almost 3 years I have worked here. Leadership now not only doesn't care about revenue, but you're almost solely judged on the amount of meetings you have. Not hitting quota but hitting meetings? You will get a shoutout. Exceeding quota but not hitting meetings? You get called out and threatened. All the best...Read More

Generally a good place to work with good people who care. People are nice and leadership wants to succeed and treat reps well. I wish the company was growing and getting to new markets. Hasn’t successfully launched a new product since the original one 14 years ago. As far as my low rating on promoting within, because of low growth the openings are very limited...Read More
