Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Two years ago, Lucid was the place to work. People were successful because most companies were wanting to buy and 95% of big deals were purely discounts for companies willing to buy ahead. For two years, almost nobody has gotten close to their number. Quotas were recently lowered in most segments which is appreciated. But we’ll still have a couple people hitting quota at best. For a long time upper leadership seemed to feel that even though all reps were struggling, this was still the reps fault. Seems to finally be some responsibility taken at the top, and hopefully Lucid can get back to the good culture they once had, because it’s sadly been gone for a while.
