Its a good sales org. This year seems to be more difficult to sell because there's more barriers against our pricing.

Lucid has good work/life balance and colleagues are fantastic. That said, selling the product is becoming more challenging - the industry is more commoditized and most are struggling to initiate interesting conversations. Sr Leadership/C-Suite are good people but lack vision and execution.

Really good culture. Recent market saturation and overhiring made it tough to hit quota. But things have stabilized it seems.
