The economy is tough and our product is not a need to have so lots of reps have struggled and it seems like the sales org is bloated.

Can't say how it is to work in the HQ, but as an employee in one of their EMEA office, the only people I would suggest moving to Lucid would be SDRs/BDRs looking to get into an SMB AE role. You get lots of practice closing a lot of small opportunities. Stay for 2, max 3 years, and then head. Otherwise, I wouldn't apply. It's a nice-to-have and non-strategic tool...Read More

Sales is struggling, less than 5% of reps hit quota across the sales org the last couple of years. The people and products are still great. Unfortunately, no upward mobility or opportunity for progression inside or outside the role.

It was once very nice start up but as its grown its lost itself and no longer values the people.Noone is hitting the unrealistic OTE targets.
