It was once very nice start up but as its grown its lost itself and no longer values the people.Noone is hitting the unrealistic OTE targets.

Lucid has one of the best sales cultures I’ve been apart of. They value relationships and collaboration over everything else. Unfortunately, this is often sacrificing the focus on performance and sales ability.

Good people and leaders that care. But tough sales environment. Not many people hitting quota. People stay for the people and protection for an exit.
