Current Employee Major leadership shift this year. Its probably for the better, but there are alot of changes internally happening...change is constant. Every half theres a new process or approach. The comp plans are better this year, but still not great for SEs. AEs struggle to hit quotas. Few SEs hit quota last year, maybe 10-20%, and about the same for reps. Technical product, where AEs rely heavily on SEs here. Post sales org is a bit of a mess, and understaffed, this means SEs have to pick up the slack.
