Competition is getting stronger and our pricing is confusing. We also don’t have strong products to upsell after the initial sell.

LaunchDarkly used to be a culture of accountability and respect. New leadership joined in late 2023 (100% turnover from CRO down) and changed everything. Finger pointing culture, an unfathomable amount of negativity and virtually no autonomy.
