LeanIX is very well positioned in the market. The Enterprise Architect space is only getting stronger. The US market has a huge potential. Make no mistake, this is now an SAP company. It comes with pros and cons.

Great people with decent leadership. Compensation is almost half of the market rate for similar roles and advancement / development opportunities are not given fairly based on performance. If you want a place that focuses on time in a seat more than accomplishments this is the place for you.
