My overview experience was high then low. The organization started off strong, standing behind the values it expressed to the world then transitioned into turning a blind eye toward failures of management. Ultimately, the companies product is great but the leadership has continued to fly off the wins of yesterday and sacrafice the salaries of the people that report to them. Very sad at how LaunchDarkly turned out.

Going from a phase 1 to phase 2 company is challenging, and not for everyone. Great opportunity for AEs that are comfortable augmenting inbound revenue with outbound efforts, not a good fit for AEs that just want to rely on inbound/expansion deals.
