My overview experience was high then low. The organization started off strong, standing behind the values it expressed to the world then transitioned into turning a blind eye toward failures of management. Ultimately, the companies product is great but the leadership has continued to fly off the wins of yesterday and sacrafice the salaries of the people that report to them. Very sad at how LaunchDarkly turned out.

No one over exceeds, leadership churns people asap and blames them for the teeny territories but it keeps happening

LaunchDarkly used to be a culture of accountability and respect. New leadership joined in late 2023 (100% turnover from CRO down) and changed everything.
