LaunchDarkly used to be a culture of accountability and respect. New leadership joined in late 2023 (100% turnover from CRO down) and changed everything. Finger pointing culture, an unfathomable amount of negativity and virtually no autonomy. The product is great, but losing differentiation and the company has failed to find a way to scale into a platform - so most top AE's left, as you already gained market share in your tier 1 accounts, ran out of things to sell and find yourself chasing laggards. My advice to anyone looking at LD is to close your laptop, go for a walk and pretend that you never saw an open req. Cheers!

Competition is getting stronger and our pricing is confusing. We also don’t have strong products to upsell after the initial sell.
