Great product. Customers love it. Competition is starting to catch up. Company is building out its product suite and the message is resonating with customers. TBD on how well the new products are able to be monetized. Company has lots of people in leadership positions and may take another year or so for the products and messaging to take off.

My overview experience was high then low. The organization started off strong, standing behind the values it expressed to the world then transitioned into turning a blind eye toward failures of management.
