Overall the experience here has been good. The company is investing in marketing, sales training, and tools to support the team. Product is first in it's class, albeit in a niche offering. Biggest concern is that comp plans change not only year to year, but within the same year. Each year management says they're looking forward to congratulating the first $1MM W2 seller. Based on the TAM, territories, ACV, and comp plan...this is mathematically impossible. I just wish they would stop saying it.

They raised $200M at a $3B valuation in August 2021. Yet they replaced the CEO and pip'd then fired or laid off 80% of the people I started with as a BDR between 2022-2023. So shortsighted.
