Overall the experience here has been good. The company is investing in marketing, sales training, and tools to support the team. Product is first in it's class, albeit in a niche offering. Biggest concern is that comp plans change not only year to year, but within the same year. Each year management says they're looking forward to congratulating the first $1MM W2 seller. Based on the TAM, territories, ACV, and comp plan...this is mathematically impossible. I just wish they would stop saying it.

Low compensation and attainability for sellers to obtain OTE. 20-30% of sellers get close to quota. Very difficult environment to succeed as an AE.

Leadership shifting goalposts each quarter, constantly changing the way the platform is priced which is confusing customers. Focus on outbound pipeline but a lot of fake pipe being added by AEs as that's what management cares about.
