Mid level management is great. Leadership at the top is out of touch and sets lofty goals without supporting resources/tools provided. Tough sell as market becomes more flooded with competition

The integration with Google Cloud has been a rocky one for Looker. During my tenure there became more friction for the sales org making the product harder to sell. The integration with google is still causing a lot of pain. We haven’t worked in Salesforce for like 2 years so tracking and routing is painful and demand gen fell off after they renamed their free tool Looker also, but after a year or so of sales pain they’re making changes and afterall it is google now which has its perks
