My overall experience with IBM was a nightmare. I was hired as a Technical Product Marketer to support Global Sales Engineers and Sales Teams. I got NO management support. I was hired to do one job and almost immediately had my job changed. I was insulted and told I was useless by management more than once. I hope to never have another work experience like that ever again.

My over all experience was challenging but rewarding. Environment and Good Management is key! Lots of opportunities for care growth given you have a supportive team and leadership is working with you to achieve team goals. Sales plans and quota are aggressive.
