What OTE are you looking at as a Digital Sales Specialist? DFW office, 2-3 years experience. All I saw was the 55/45 split, but not sure how accurate Glassdoor is, or what that role would fall under on RepVue

I am interviewing for a Brand Sales Specialist- Data & AI role covering the Southeast at IBM later this week. Anyone in this role currently and who may have feedback on OTE and quota attainment?

How is the entry level sales program at IBM? Specifically the "digital seller" role. Is there any opportunities to move to other positions within the org?

For SDR/BDR's iCame to IBM from an Acquisition this summer, Seems like currently up until the EOY we are going to have challenges reaching quota. , Are you other SDR'S hitting quota ???they want 4sko's a month counted yearly for us. We have no CIient Intrests as of yet. Any Sdr's above quota ?

How often does the compensation plan change at IBM, and what criteria are used to assign sales territories?

What is the Security Digital Sales Specialist? Is it a sales role or a Sales Engineer Role? Perhaps it's a blend of the two?

Ryan from RepVue here! We’re launching a feature called ‘business units’ to differentiate roles within IBM. We’re thinking: Software, Consulting, Infrastructure, and Financing. Are these appropriate? Or maybe other internally known business units that operate independently?

Are Associate Consultants paid on commission or bonuses, or 100% base salary? What is the payout schedule if there is commission? Does IBM pay salary monthly, or bi-weekly?
