Base and OTE is lower than similar level companies. Territories are a gamble and can be taken away from you or modified on a moment's notice. Diversity and inclusion here is laughable almost everyone is on a one track mind and personality. No room for creativity or opinions. Leaders will just pretend like your voice matters. Product is great for SMB or growth size orgs, but hard to scale with MM or ENT. Think really hard before taking a role here.

Was told that I’d need to be prepared to source 20% of my deals - reality is I need to source 90%+. Inbounds are basically nonexistent. Nobody is coming close to hitting.
