Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I’ve been there for 6 months, no company is perfect, but I feel like HubSpot is as good as Corporate America gets. They genuinely try to give you a work-life balance, the comp structure has accelerators so top performers can make a lot of money, there is a lot of training and support, it’s a good product, quota feels high sometimes and maybe could be quarterly instead of monthly but lots of reps consistently hit and over achieve. Most managers are promoted internal reps so they know what they’re doing, huge company and huge product and internal processes can feel confusing at times but it’s definitely a 9/10 role.
