Current Employee2.1Oct 30, 2024It seems like leadership is seeing how fast they can fast-track reps out the door. There are no leads, it's cut-throat, and there is little to no development. HubSpot is having an identity crisis... they aren't the "fun" and culturally driven place they once were. It seems like they don't truly know who they are anymore.
