Generally a great place to work but territories are getting smaller and less people are hitting quota this year.

Very disappointed and feel mislead from what I was told during the initial interview. After almost a year here, myself and numerous other reps who do not have a full quota yet, have missed. Only 30% of the fully ramped tenured reps hit at or above 100% to Q. What a shock. I believe the over hired tremendously and we are suffering.
