It definitely isn't what it used to be. They have overhired like crazy on the sales side of things so processes has become more of a mess. Definitely a good spot to have on your resume but the peak was a few years ago. They're now micromanging like crazy and scrambling to hit numbers. SMB was consistently overperfoming month over month for years and now I don't think the segment has hit its number once this year.
