HubSpot has a great product and has been a solid experience, but recently the leadership in SMB has been in absolute turmoil. Cheating runs rampant, and leadership not only allows it, but applauds it. Every top rep at HubSpot in SMB steals leads, and instead of leadership punishing them, they shout them out at every monthly meeting and diminish the work of hard working reps, but admonishing us for saying we are just not trying hard enough / are not good enough at the job, and that that's why we can't perform as well as them. I'd highly encourage leadership to realize the meteoric impact that this has caused in terms of demoralizing employees, and I really hope they make a serious change.

Quota is very hard to achieve once you are past the ramp period. If your trailing 9 month attainment falls below 70% you are automatically put on a PIP. A lot of people are let go shortly after the 1 year mark once they are eligible for a PIP
