Great company and product. That said - you are the mercy of your territory. With a MRR quota of 6840 and an average sales cycle of 6 weeks; a lot of reps are set up for future PIPs

Good great managers they took away RSUs for promotions and doubled the amount of MRR you need to close to get promoted

Amazing company, wish that BDR to AE promotion path was more attainable. Borderline impossible internally for most, however would imagine that it is very difficult jump to make anywhere. Overall, fantastic company to work for.
