Started well, but has trended/is trending downwards (quite steeply). Expectations are constantly changing and rarely made clear, communication across the SMB segment is poor and inconsistent at best.

Cutthroat, hardcore, zero understanding or remorse for sellers. People steal leads left and right and leadership knows. However, wonderful product and great thing to sell.
