Current Employee4.1Jan 15, 2025Great company but there is a lack of a sense of community with everyone being remote and not a lot of investment into opportunities for employees to connect (co working spaces, local events more role focused, etc)

Current Employee1.1Feb 15, 2024Stay away. Not the company it used to be. High pressure, no real guidance, "leadership" has no true leaders.

Current Employee4.4Mar 13, 2025Be prepared to work a ton during ramp. Time management is the hardest skill to manage here. It’s feels impossible to complete all your tasks and then have brain power to expand your knowledge between the hours 9-5. I regularly work 8-6/7 and on weekends to keep up.Response fromHubSpotApr 4, 2025Thanks for sharing your feedback. Ramp is definitely an intense time and comes with a steep learning curve. The intent is to help you get up to speed as quickly as possible, but in a manageable way. Please reach out to your local ramp manager for support in managing your workload and finding a solution so you’re set up for success. Thank you for all that you do. - The Sales Leadership Team
