Excellent company - while base is comparatively lower, top performers have the ability to earn significantly over OTE. RSU structure is solid too.

The product is amazing. I would say nothing better in Market but the 'cut the fat' PIP process the company operates under is nothing I have ever seen. Nothing but revenue is taken into account. If you can survive I HubSpot you can survive anywhere
