When I first started HubSpot it was such an amazing place to work. Over time, the market has gone down and it's really showed the good times were actually good times because the market was so good. Today, only a low percentage of reps are hitting their massive quotas and there is massive micromanaging going on. The leaders are really just old reps from many years ago who all live in Boston and are friends. There are new VPs shaking things up a little but so far not much has changed. You have almost a full year of ramp but i'd be cautious joining HubSpot today as most people are looking to leave.

Poor experience working at HubSpot. Insane amount of micromanagement, unrealistic quotas that reset every month, and little help from managers to get you there aside from, "just increase KPI volume."
