Mgmt was critical to your learning, coaching and success. Tbh this was poor in places due to promoting the wrong reps to mgmt

Current Employee3.7Oct 11, 2023The product is amazing. I would say nothing better in Market but the 'cut the fat' PIP process the company operates under is nothing I have ever seen. Nothing but revenue is taken into account. If you can survive I HubSpot you can survive anywhere
