HubSpot has an incredible product but the way the sales organization is structured leaves a lot to be desired, all the big bets summarize in the AE doing more work, poor data quality, poor lead flow, poor sdr performance and the rep has to cover for all that. It is a great school, but the name of the game is endure as much as you can and get out of here, company's not worth the mental strain the sales rep job carries

Overall, the culture is pretty incredible when it comes to sales orgs. There are some issues with GTM and the "bi-model" GTM strategy, but it's upmarket ENT expansion pains more than anything.

It definitely isn't what it used to be. They have overhired like crazy on the sales side of things so processes has become more of a mess. Definitely a good spot to have on your resume but the peak was a few years ago. They're now micromanging like crazy and scrambling to hit numbers.
