HubSpot as a company is the best of the best. When push comes to shove, it's a monthly quota and things turn transactional really quick, depending on where you're sitting towards quota.

HubSpot used to be a place that empowered sales reps and leaders to succeed when the business succeeds, but corporate interests have flipped this model to gaslight sales teams that they are underperforming while they continually beat forecasts to the street.

Poor experience working at HubSpot. Insane amount of micromanagement, unrealistic quotas that reset every month, and little help from managers to get you there aside from, "just increase KPI volume."
