I don't think it's as rosy as what you see on LinkedIn, because let's be honest we all know someone at Gong that posts on LinkedIn every other day about how Gong has "changed their life..." Current Employee1.9Oct 23, 2023Uneven playing field. Awful management and front line management in net new enterprise. Zero reps hired over the last 18 months are still there. Fired down from team of 20 all the way to 4 reps. Got rid of some of the best ones who put their customers first. Really crappy humans running enterprise.
