High churn rate, but good place to learn. Managers have been great in my experience, but have heard others have not been so lucky. A lot of changing parts as comes with a company that just IPOd.

ServiceTitan is a rocketship and only continuing to dominate the market. We are a large organization that continues to scale in every vertical. We continue to T2D3 in the new verticals we enter and use our repeatable playbook. If you work hard you can make a lot of money. Excellent benefits, work from home (with travel), top-sellers, folks making $500k+.

Awful training. You're better off relying on your manager for better coaching. Inbound seems to get a great amount of traction and theres definitely a good demand for the product because many reps are hitting quota. Leads given are terrible but it's okay because there is definitely a few diamonds in the rough. Culture is amazing aswell.

No one is hitting quota. Top performers are leaving the company in massive waves, they don’t promote anyone out of the SDR org unless you’ve been there minimum 2 years. You only hit quota if you’re lucky. No one is consistent with quota attainment.

Honestly this job is really good. I know some of the past reviews from SDR is bad and stuff but honestly you just have to be good. Sure booking meetings is harder because of specific ICP but its possible. Especially after we went public in december, a lot of structure are changing that will be good for new SDRs. This is a great time to be an SDR at ServiceTitan

New leadership is changing how we're compensated adding caps and changing metrics drastically starting in 2025. 800 calls per month, 160 connects/month (have to have calls recorded over a minute with information gathering), 20 meetings per month, $20K pipeline qualified monthly, 5 SQO's monthly, $6K closed/won monthly

My experience was fairly positive. Base and commission structure are fair but the issue comes with the low amount of hit quotas, tough market fit due to price, and focus on smaller business not always willing to take on such an expensive solution.

The compensation structure is atrocious where half your commission depends on the onboarding team's performance, which frequently drops the ball. Base is average and ote similar to other companies. Good luck trying to hit quota. You will be given leads that have been called many times over the last 3-5 years. Overall experience has been pretty good so far. Definitely a grind but there is potential to succeed. Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

Terrible place to work. It’s a revolving door as an SDR. You can’t prospect your own leads and are given leads that have been cycled thru the organization for years and they don’t fit ICP, and because of that you’re set up to fail. Most SDR’s don’t make it past the 6 month mark, they either get fired or quit when they finally see through the smoke. Don’t work here.
