Uneven playing field. Awful management and front line management in net new enterprise. Zero reps hired over the last 18 months are still there. Fired down from team of 20 all the way to 4 reps. Got rid of some of the best ones who put their customers first. Really crappy humans running enterprise.

I love working here. Great product. Hard to sell as can be perceived as a nice-to-have but once you sell it it is very sticking in the org.
