Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Questionable Leadership. Very low percentage of reps hit their quota. These numbers here seem much higher than the reality. Constant pressure on doing things their way and you are torn apart if you do not agree. No work life balance. Wishy washy leaders with no transparency. PIP comes and goes. At first they tell you it does not exist then you are randomly put on and told halfway through the month. Multiple reps who don't hit their number are not put on PIP. Seems as if is based off of favoritism. You can grow if you are connected well with management.
