Current Employee Gartner is a toxic work environment that punishes creativity and thinking for yourself. Many sales leaders are discriminators towards men and run their orgs like a sorority house. Gartner is their way or the highway. There is no trust within the organization. All calls with clients are recorded and picked apart by leadership. Micromanaging is atrocious at this organization. Truly a snake your way to the top organization. If you ignore this review and take this job, just remember this: On your first day, look into the eyes of the tenured reps. Absolutely lifeless. This company is for people who value their 7am-7pm job over all else. This includes friends, family, religion, personal lives, etc. I can’t express how disappointed I am in this organization and how poorly I was treated here. I was not fired, but left on my own. Had some success here, but fighting the internal battles ultimately did not make the wins worth it.
