Current Employee2.1Oct 20, 2024Obviously have brand recognition — that’s about it. Awful leadership. Micromanaging is off the charts. Leadership loves to add meaningless busy work to reps that don’t drive deals at all. Truly a toxic environment that does not lead to a career. Majority of middle management are ex-AEs who have no clue how to manage and are puppets for senior leadership.
