Former Employee Overall experience is that leadership is out of touch with real world market conditions. There is little room for creative sales approaches. A robotic approach to each sales engagement is prioritized. Much of middle management has had very little outside experience - they grew up in Gartner and don't understand that canned presentation are not always effective and that creativity is necessary in the art of sales.
