You will not fit in if you are not the cookie cutter corporate girl or bro. Managers micro manage and expected to do a TON of extra side work in addition to running your own BOB. Constant changes and pivoting internally and a recruiter told me you can’t negotiate salaries internally. They mandated WTO 2/5 days a week and it could be worse but I was promised I would be working remote and go back home so kinda upset at that. Great training, brand recognition, complex and long sales cycles for sure.

The business unit is currently having big time retention issues. Unfortunately, with the way your book is set up, if one account fails to renew regardless of why, your years over. You won't hit quota, get promoted, or make much money that year. Additionally, there's limited opportunity to grow in the mid-market business unit, despite what leadership tells you.

Solid development Aggressive commission structure Great product Brilliant brand recognition Lower base and ote but targets are quite generous Tools and technology is a bit outdated depending what team you’re in.
