Obviously have brand recognition — that’s about it. Awful leadership. Micromanaging is off the charts. Leadership loves to add meaningless busy work to reps that don’t drive deals at all. Truly a toxic environment that does not lead to a career. Majority of middle management are ex-AEs who have no clue how to manage and are puppets for senior leadership.

Gartner is a terrific company to work at. However, if you are looking to move from MSE to LE, they will low ball you on OTE compared to what they will offer external candidates.
