Terrible company relying on legacy physical document storage to keep the lights on. They trap organizations into contracts with termination fees in that creep up to $100,000.

While the company is successfull driving growth through strategic products, the compensation plan structure do not allow sales team to be successful.

My experience at IRM was great for the first 4 years but the the last two years changed drastically for everyone in a Support Role with their base compensation but mainly quarterly bonus structure changes. Iron Mountain really had a great program for sales professionals. My particular challenge was that I was given roughly 100 accounts to sell to, which did not have a need for paper-based products/services.
