HT MSE which is predominantly new college grads, really struggles in the new economy given the high ticket price and long term ambiguity of Gartners ROI. The compensation package is compared to others, and job promotions are typically only reserved for those who hit winners circle (club).

For example, InfoTech license can run $20k vs $70k at Gartner. Antiquated license structure also turns people away. Very challenging to meet quota if you don't get a good territory.
